In this Free-Flow Vinyasa class we combine yoga, dance and meditation. During class you will be guided through a Vinyasa Flow Sequence, but the main focus is to move your body within its ability. It’s all about finding your body’s natural rhythm and being able to dance freely in between the guided postures. Through movement, sound, breath and stillness, you allow your body to move the way it wants and your mind to access a higher state of consciousness while meditating. In a safe space, you can listen to your intuition and find your own flow. You will be encouraged to take that feeling with you into your daily life. The practice is accessible to everyone! Whether you’re an experienced yogi, dancer or just starting out and you enjoy moving, then there’s something here for you. Practicing in this way will provide you a liberating experience and an opportunity to explore movements that are coming from the heart.
