This class is a combination of yin yoga asanas followed by breathing techniques and Aum chanting. This unique combination of yogic practices can create an intense sense of ease: stretches, breath and sound vibration can harmonize and balance the system, improve energy flow through the channels and chakra's.
As an evening practice can be especially supportive during periods of stress, calms the overthinking mind and can alleviate depression.
