Slow flow is a perfect class for beginners and dynamic yogi's and slowing down the pace in the practice. The flow is still there, but slower and aware of every movement in combination with the breath. You work on core and strenght, but also on fluent transitions from one pose to another with great awareness of sinchronizing the breath. All levels are welcome.
